About the Book

This book is a collection of life experiences in a poetic format.  It is called Through the Darkness/ Into the Light  to signify our journey on earth, as well as what could lay beyond. It tells a story of pain and torment, and the paths chosen to over come the hurdles of the everyday.  The book is about a series life and world  events and how I have interperted them.

About the Author

Born in a small town in Delaware, not much really ever happened here unless someone created it. After joining the Army during Desert Storm, I learned that writing was a good way to express myself in a non-destructive manner. My life has taken me on some extraordinary adventures.  Since I can remember, even as a child I have always lived on the edge.  Always looking for the hard way in and out of any situation, I have had one hell of a ride Through the Darkness.

   After a couple near death experiences on and off the operating table, I have learned if you live as if your invincible you find out very quickly your not. When your mind is still running the race but, your body can't "Pain always wins".

After having three kids and watching them grow, it is now my true fuel for life. That in itself has kept my soul alive. Knowing how to learn from our mistakes, helps bring us Into the Light. Without the hope for the new tomorrow, we could never get through the everyday.  Tragity and Prosperity can strike anyone at anytime, it's how we choose to handle it that defines us.
