About the Author
Dr. Dosemagen served in the United States Air Force during the Carter and Reagan Administrations as a Cryptologic Analyst, reporting to the National Security Agency, decorated with the USAF Achievement Medal, USAF Commendation Medal, and Joint Service Achievement Medal for “…preparing for publication a substantive report of immense benefit within the intelligence community…” conferred in the city of Washington, by Lt. Gen William Odom, DIRNSA, in 1987.

Paul Harris Fellow, Vigil Honor Member of the Order of the Arrow, Eagle Scout, American Legionnaire, the American Inn of Court of Northern Illinois honored Dosemagen with its Distinguished Service Award, and he serves on Boards of Directors for the Tucson Council, BSA, and the Arizona Youth Partnership.
