About the Book

This is a book about perseverance, making it against all odds. Parabled Thoughts was written to cause every reader to take a look deep within, and push them towards their individual goals in life. You will take a journey into the heavens, and back, via imagination and you will know that there isn’t anything that you can’t accomplish in life. God is the answer and He will help you through the circumstances in your lives, and help you obtain the victory, so get motivated… it’s your time! Through poetry, and through the stories, you will be able to see the fire from God’s moldings in my life and the beauties of it all, is the fact that He’s not finished with me yet, and guess what… He’s not finished with you either. So come… come take a journey with me. Let us grow together, and catapult our families forward in the name of our Lord Jesus the Christ.

About the Author

Brian K. Harris was born in Wilson, North Carolina. He was raised in Bailey, NC for seventeen years of his life until he joined the Army in 1989. After fulfilling his military commitments, he later moved to Huntsville, Alabama.

During his four year term, he served in the Persian Gulf. While there, Mr. Harris said that God began to paint pictures in his mind, and gave him lyrics to poetry, songs, and stories. Mr. Harris began to record everything that he saw or heard, and every experience became fuel for his imagination.

Brian Harris is a husband and a family oriented man. More importantly, he is a godly man. His wife, Catina, his children, Ebony, Taylor, and Tia, faithfully support him in the ministry.
