Deninne Jackson is a middle-aged, married woman with a ten-year-old son. Mrs. Jackson has been a Human Resource Professional for over thirteen years. She is an entrepreneur, a skillful cook, an avid basketball fan, and very sociable at entertainment events. She participated briefly in a modeling showcase in Hollywood, California, while in college and she also participated in a college-based fashion show. Deninne Jackson has always maintained a tall and slim figure. She has a very youthful appearance and attitude. Her philosophy of life is that if you think and act young, then you will be young. Mrs. Jackson is using her story to inspire others into achieving their personal goals, to bring to light the overweight epidemic that is plaguing the United States, and to provide real and practical solutions towards maintaining an optimum weight level. She discusses the weight management methods that she developed early in life, which led to her long-term success. Her strong spiritual beliefs played an important role in her benefiting physically by applying certain biblical principles to her everyday life. Discipline towards food was self-taught and was also learned by observing friends and relatives with poor eating habits.
