About the Book

"Modern Day Vampire", is set in Glasgow, and is more than your  cliche vampire story.

Following the trials and struggles of neonate LeRos within her new family, she takes you on a journey that is very alien as it is human.

Finding her true path within her family and all the conflicts and fears this envokes within her, she strives to fight against the flowing tide of violence and one enemy who threatens her purpose.

"Modern Day Vampire", is violent, seductive, and savage, but within it's undead confines, a very human and alive thread knits it with reality.

About the Author

Although Louise has been writing for many years, she never  had the courage to approach a publisher.

 Passionate about books, and the written word, Louise is thrilled that her book, "Modern Day Vampire" has made it to the publishing stage.

At school ,Chryston High,  Louise was always involved with the school magazine,  book reports and reviews, secretly writing in her spare time.

She finally plucked up the courage to send some of her work to Author House, and she is delighted that she did this.

Louise has the support of her husband , daughter and son, so hopes with this support, and that of Author House,her chances at being a full time author is within her grasp.
