About the Author

David Allen Julian has been around the housing industry for over18 years.  His interest and knowledge of housing, as well as property maintenance, is superior.  David is always willing to answer questions and helping those who are in need when it comes to repairing or inspecting their home. It is this internal knowledge of the inner workings in a structure that has enabled him to achieve success in starting his own Home Inspection Business known as First Watch Home Inspection. 

As a highly qualified home inspector, David has invested over 4,500 hours in performing the most proficient and accurate home inspection services in Southern California. These inspections range from general real estate inspections, the buying and selling of multiple and single-family dwellings to special home inspection for new and existing construction, as well as inspecting the contractors workmanship and quality.  He also specializes in mold inspections and in air quality testing. David maintains his certifications and membership with the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO), now known as International Code Council (ICC),
