About the Author

Harry Drum has been an executive search consultant and recruiter for the past eight years.  He honed and tested his effectiveness as an interviewing coach during that time.  Prior to his executive recruiting experience, he worked in corporate America as President and Chief Operating Officer of three mid sized companies including one of the largest gift companies in America and two candy companies.  Additionally he has been a Human Resource Executive and marketing executive for a Fortune 100 company and Director of Training for a major retail department store chain.  Harry holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Psychology and an MBA in Executive Management.  He resides in New Jersey with his wife Cindy.  They have three grown children.
