Growing up in a small northern Indiana town, Matt has been an avid story teller for all of his life. Most of his high school career was spent homeschooling, where he was able to learn about the world beyond his small corner, as well as begin to put his stories on paper. Since then, he has written several poems, short stories, and been very active in his college newspaper; although this novella is his first step into the world of publication. He is currently attending Indiana University of Kokomo, and one day hopes to find a career where he can follow his two passions: writing and helping others.
