Throughout all recorded history, civilizations have been subjected to conflict, chaos and confusion of every nature. This has motivated them to search that one key ingredient that would free them from the turbulent life they seem to have inherited just by virtue being born.
This search has run the gamut of all manner of solutions from academic “isms” and “ologies”, scholarly theories, philosophies, historic analyses, abstract research, religious doctrines, psychology, lucky charms, drugs and pleadings to unknown gods and mystical Gurus.
However well-intentioned these attempts may have been, we must face one undeniable fact: In spite of these efforts, there is just as much chaos, heartbreak, anxieties, wars, discords, destruction, imbalance, disease and despair in the world today as ever. In fact, recent surveys indicate that there is a significant increase in incidences of anxiety, stress, pressure, concern, worry and fear in people’s personal and professional lives worldwide.
There is a reason for this. It is because these approaches, however entertaining or compelling, are not based on any lasting, demonstrable, scientific foundation. Today’s chaotic environment is tailor made to induce, justify and perpetuate worries, anxieties, phobias and a fear of the future. Too many people tend to believe that the world’s negative, destructive circumstances are natural, that they represent an enemy whom they must defeat and therefore must by striking out against them.
But let us ask ourselves, “Isn’t it reasonable to expect that somewhere in this vast ‘thing’ we call a universe, that there are demonstrable laws and principles that, if properly applied, would assure us of success, prosperity, freedom and pressure free way of life; and do so with predictable accuracy”?
It is the contention of the author that there are such laws and principles. The thesis presented here reveals the discovery of these laws and principles and their proper application. This is a study based solely on the reason and logic embodied in irreversible, scientific, tested and proven natural laws and principles devoid of personal opinions or time honored traditions.
The way is revealed. It needs only to be practiced.

About the Author
Davis Goss began his professional career as a free lance commercial artist and graphic designer. His services included all phases of commercial art: advertising design and layout, illustration, photography, photo retouching, calligraphy, etc.
After serving as Art Director for several advertising agencies and commercial printers, he accepted a position as Advertising Manager and Director of Marketing for a major toy manufacturer and marketer.
During this tenure, Mr. Goss was responsible for the company’s sales promotion, advertising and marketing activities. He pioneered many merchandising innovations still being used by the toy industry today. Beyond this, he was responsible for the development of new packaging, package design, corporate image development and the creation and development of new products.
In 1958 he left this position and founded the creative consulting firm IDEATION. Since its foundation, IDEATION has served as creative consultants and professional problem solvers for a widely diverse client base that included many of the giants of American business. His contributions have ranged from the conceptual development of new products that have varied from high technology to toys and games, from consumer products to industrial machinery. His unique creative vision contributed to his clients’ expansion into new marketing and merchandising opportunities and pursuit of new business ventures.
Early in his career, Mr. Goss discerned a noticeable lack of creativity and problem solving skills at all levels of corporate activity. This prompted him to share his uniquely successful problem solving techniques in a series of lectures, seminars and workshops. Subsequently, he condensed this material in a series of books and articles.
