Just One More Cast

At one point I looked over at Johnny (I think he was five at the time) and he's filling his little, plastic mug with water and throwing it on the fire.  I said "Johnny, what are you doing?"  He gave me a look I will never forget and with tears in eyes said "Nanny.  It was the only thing I could find."  I dropped to my knees and hugged that little boy with all my might and told him he was doing a great job and we couldn't put this fire out without him.
