It is a dual story – it follows a courageous woman named Mary Jefferson who decides to channel her grief into fighting to take back her Chicago neighborhood from the local gangs while it also follows the gangs as they fight to counter the efforts being taken to eliminate them. This battle escalates into one final confrontation – and the outcome is not the one you would expect.
