The Adventure Guys

The Adventure Guys, Green and Blue, are modern day  heroes/adventurers who are dispatched to China by their Commander to save the endangered giant panda from a rogue band of international poachers sent by the wicked Dr. Obnoxious who is bent on making money off the panda’s pelts.  After parachuting from the Adventure Plane into the Chinese highlands, Green and Blue are befriended by a smart, brave, independent, 10 year-old Chinese girl named Jai-Li, whose parents work for the Chinese Ministry of Forestry in its program to protect the giant panda from poachers.

Jai-Li convinces the Adventure Guys to allow her to be their companion and guide as they navigate the mountainous Chinese highlands.  The trio’s mission grows more urgent with each passing hour.  They urgently press on, only to encounter predators and other natural hazards as they try to locate and catch the armed and dangerous poachers. 

Finally, upon finding the poachers camp, the Adventure Guys face-off against the treacherous band of poachers who have successfully captured a mother panda and her cub.  Will the Adventure Guys be successful even though they are outnumbered?  What will become of Jia-Li, the panda, and her cub? 

These questions and more get answered in an action-packed confrontation between Dr. Obnoxious' henchmen and the Adventure Guys that is sure to leave its reader on the edge of their seat and wanting more. 

The book also includes a fact section at the end that can be used as a companion guide and provides the reader with some interesting facts about the Panda, the Peoples Republic of China, and Endangered Species in general.
