About the Book

ask anyone.  what is fear?  what is faith?  it is likely that an answer that relates to either a biblical verse or a rambling non-definition will be offered.  adequate?  possibly not.  what is written in these pages is a simple solution to what may be perceived as a complex situation:  developing the ability to let go of the madness that is fear, the tendency to speculate, to make up stuff that results in more fretting, the learned behavior that maximizes misery, the spiritual, emotional, and psychological garbage that festers, and all that is the result of self-delusion.

this book is not about religion;  it is not without some psycho-babble.  it is about freedom of spirit.  it is about faith.  it is about a perception of fear that allows functioning outside the cage of misinterpretation of reality (delusion) and the acknowledgement of reality without the make-up (illusion).  it is about acceptance of life (and it’s terms) and redemption. 

About the Author

Anthony L. Hall received his M.D. degree in 1976 at the University of Michigan.  He has practiced medicine in Indiana since completing post-graduate training at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.  His journey has brought him to an interest in Integrative, Herbal, and Complimentary and Alternative Medicine.  During the twenty-seven years of practice he has observed, recurrently, a driving force of human disease: FEAR.  This small book suggests a simple solution to the problem.
