About the Book

This book contains thoughts of different people, ancient and recent, and sayings from different countries, far and near, on variable subjects and occasions. These thoughts and sayings may inspire the reader and help him/her to find a meaning for and an understanding of life, which would give satisfaction, contentment and peace of mind.

It is good to learn from one's good and bad past-experience, but it is better to learn from someone else's experience and knowledge as well. Yet, no one thought or one saying could be applicable to all situations in life; each situation and under every circumstance must have a suitable and appropriate approach that would be decided by one's own common sense and one's own choice.
The thoughts and opinions we harbor in our minds could shape our lives and determine our future; what one thinks to be one may become, and what one chooses to do one chooses the consiquence of his/her choice as well.
Happiness in life is often made in our minds by our thoughts and beliefs, as well as our actions and convictions.
