About the Book

Zoggle your mind is a book that champions one to get all they can from life.  All too often we fail to know or we forget what it is that leads to experiencing greater fulfillment.  This book will help you change that.

In being able to experience the greatest amount of fulfillment in life you need to take part in the aspects that help you to find it.  For this reason the book is divided into seven distinct areas of life that are vital in being able to experience all you can from it.  These areas are; Aspire, Be Healthy, Have Fun, It’s Business, Better To Give, Only People and It’s your life.

In order for improvement to occur in any aspect of life, you first need a starting point or an idea that helps inspire you to want to make a change.  For each of the seven areas covered, many starting points are presented to help offer you guidance.  These ideas are supported by quotes ranging from Nietzsche to Bugs Bunny and includes questionnaires to help you dig deeper into mastering the topic at hand.  The format acts as a guide to help you know where to focus your efforts and achieve the best results.

The challenges we all face in finding fulfillment and balance in life are similar, yet the solutions can vary greatly.  Zoggle your mind is meant to provide you with a framework from which to build upon, identify where your efforts are going to be best spent and provide a spark to help motivate you to get all you can from the life you lead.

About the Author

Thurston Johnston grew up in the Midwest, in a northern Indiana town, and from there went on to graduate from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN.

After graduating, he decided to pack all of his belongings in his car and head West.  His first destination was California; he then moved to Boulder, CO and ended his exploration of the West in Bozeman, MT.  After experiencing many adventures such as back country skiing at Berthoud Pass, fly fishing the Madison River and rafting the Gallatin River, he decided to move back to his Midwestern roots to be closer to family and friends.

Having the chance to experience various occupations including being a soda jerk, cookie salesman, franchise territory manager, marketing consultant, business partner and real estate manager, he decided to take a stab at writing a book.

Always being on the constant lookout for ways to improve upon his own life, he stumbled across the idea of writing a book on ways to do it.  The culmination of his search for improvement is this book, Zoggle Your Mind.
