George Baskin was wearily waiting for the President’s dispatch to filter itself through the trembling hands of the deciphering officer in the Federal building in Las Vegas in nineteen seventy three.  George Baskin, CIA’s chief in Las Vegas grabbed the telegram from the seating hands of the decipherer and started reading it to himself.  His face broke up in two shining halves that were beaming a wild bliss comprehendible on to Joe Baskin himself.  In that order, President Carter ordered Mr. Baskin to launch a merry team to tease and expose Las Vegas mobsters, preferably of Italian descent.  For that particular purpose, CIA Chief Baskin was supposed to hire just two gay students, preferably from a Las Vegas state college and to send them to mobsters’ houses in order to entertain and shame Italian gangsters and to cause them such a chagrin so that the contrite mobster would have surrendered to the FBI and would have snitched on the American mob contacts.  Joe Baskin was grinning benignly.  That is the great operation he dreamed about all his life, now he will nab all the Las Vegas mobsters on the spot, some of them will surrender to the Justice Department and the rest of them will try to retaliate.  There would be some collateral damage from that operation but then the implementation of the President’s order would make Joe Baskin a leading fiddle in the Government.  Mr. Baskin returned to his office in the Federal building, took out tow random files with some whit students who bullied their history teachers with gay equivoques.  It’s time to activate the best guys in the course, thought Joe Baskin.  Tomorrow CIA Baskin would interrogate the hooligan gay students threatening them by sending that gay couple to Vietnam as CIA snipers.  Then Mr. Baskin would play it kind and would tell them that he shielded them from the military draft and from being fodder meat.  That would be a cinch that would work with the cowardly gay students of journalistics who definitely didn’t want to die in the bloody Vietnam War.  After having thought about that particular consideration, Mr. Baskin read up their addresses and phone numbers.
