Not to be confused with a loafer or an idler, being a Parasite is a full time occupation which requires an unswerving ability to avoid hard work at all costs while always maintaining a good standard of living and a high profile. This was my profession for five long summers on the Greek

Nigel Jones was another work-shy layabout. In 1992 he''d gone through a string of jobs which didn''t suit him. Nigel was always on the make and had too much attitude to work for anyone. And so begins a sordid tale of drink, drugs and debauchery, of hedonistic nightlife and bed hopping tourists, sexual deviants, ex-pats on the run, students doing the islands, hippy''s drifting in from Israel, football hooligans, car thieves, arsonists and goat rustlers, with a freelance journalist raking in the muck.
