Things are not always as they appear. This idea of perception is not singular in that it pertains to any one object, idea, or individual. Often, people have been confronted with such an acknowledgement (that is, of something involving more thought than one had originally anticipated) and find it too bizarre to be real. Referencing the notion to a sci-fi story to be featured on the television in the next few months. By chance, what if your entire life was riddled with this notion, not questioning who you were but rather, what you are. It is my hope that one may find the following stories to be in the realm of possibility, even so, without the truth of knowing they are loosely based on true stories. The specifics altered to disguise the people involved for it is not the people who interest me, but the actions taken to protect those people. This new order of humanity guiding us through to evolve. As the times of change are upon is, how far will it go? It’s funny how people view the world, the politics, the religion. Talking to the dead have become common place and syndications are all over the television. The fascination with the mysteries of life are no longer strange but a topic of inquisitive discussion, how much further can this go? How many people are willing to hear about it, to experience it? Humanity has a curious, inherent, way of filtering evidence. Often personal experience lending to the guidelines of what can be perceived as reality. Anything beyond that reality is then subdivided or filtered down into the realms of being a hoax or other worldly miracle. Regardless of ones particular pessimism or optimism, it is hoped that the oddities of the following stories can be taken for what they are, true. If the need to understand is an acceptable influence to reality then I suggest an open mind and insatiable hope be the keys to unlocking the true nature of acknowledging human evolution.

About the Book
A friend said it best when they stated, “Strange things always happen when I’m with you.” This books’ separate, distinct ideas come directly from those strange experiences I and my acquaintance friends have encountered. They are all pieces to the reality of life, in all it’s facets. It’s simply the re-iteration of facts, that can easily be set aside, for the sake of not letting denial corrupt the truth. It is the knowledge that there are things in reality that can not be explained simply for the fact that humanity as we know it today can not sustain the understanding of it. This book is about listening again as these things have happened and finding a way to learn from experiences as they serve a purpose. This book relays the idea of things happening for reasons and finding peace in knowing that, so that all challenges ahead become sustainable.
About the Author
Writing became a source of release in my early teens. It didn’t begin in a college course or after countless lectures. As a poetry writer, filling my thoughts into a comprehensive sentence was a bit challenging. Although, my poetry always stemmed from a larger explanation or example, the deduction was simpler. I had the task of making my once large ideas now turned practical, back into the large ideas. Writing will always be a joy for me as the process of reading and response always serves as a learning experience. Now residing in Pike County Pennsylvania, the landscape has inspired me to turn my scrap books of countless sentences and ramblings, into a book of short stories. One of many accomplishments I hope to endure.
