It seems that we live in an age of spiritual revolution. People are becoming increasingly interested in their spirituality. All forms of spirituality are becoming popular. Orthodox Christianity, yoga and meditation, eastern religions, Islam and Judaism, and spiritual support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous have attracted countless individuals. The world is waking up.
With such a wide variety of paths to choose from, the individual could get confused as to which is the right path to follow. I have a simple answer to that question: Follow the path of your heart.
If what I say in this book does not reflect the path of your heart, go with your heart. If it does, go with your heart. The path of your heart is the path that feels right to you. It feels natural. It feels like you.
Perhaps you already believe much of what I will say in this book or maybe it will even change some of your beliefs. I hope it will stimulate meaningful reflection.
The bottom line is that each of us has a unique path to follow and it is up to us to find and follow that path to the best of our ability. I hope this book will assist you well in that endeavor.

About the Book
The truth in this book is essentially the truth of nonduality. Nonduality means that everything is one and the same. There is not self and other; there is only oneness. There is not good and bad; only perfection. There is not past and future; only now. Nonduality is the essence of spirituality. Accepting this nonduality is what the path is all about. That is what this book aims to help the reader do.
About the Author
I’ve been seeking truth and practicing meditation for about fourteen years now. I’ve attended several spiritual retreats. I have explored many different forms of spirituality and spiritual practices. My goal in life is to find healing and growth for myself, and to help others do the same.
