We are closer to one another then we will ever be, during this time of intimacy and the enemy knows it. God has set up a divine plan for us to experience true intimacy as one with him. He has provided this time for husbands and wives to experience the coupling of one another. While we were in the world we were taught the ways of the world and he will shade light in our darkness. The world perverts sexually intimacy but, God has called it a holy communion between husbands and wives. We must prepare our mind, body, and soul for intercourse with our spouse. When we enter the room of darkness we must remember that God can still see us. The devil would have us to hide in the darkness. He wants us to think sexual intercourse is a bad, dirty, or even a nasty thing. This is the full meaning of my book In-to-me-you-see to allow us to see the eternal wisdom of God and his relationship in our marriages. When we are saved we are born again old things or passed away all things become new. Pray to the Father for the new and living way of intimacy.
When we fast and pray God begins to enlighten our inward man to bring about an outward manifestation. We become more in tune with our spirit man; we are able to enter into his course, by the power of the Holy Spirit. I believe God honors our time with him and empower our time together. When we agree to consecrate ourselves as a couple, the Lord will reward us because we have diligently sought his heart.
Imagine a Garden of Eden experience after coming off a fast. We are able to walk in the spirit, in perfect love, and in obedience to the Father. Because we have spent time with God our spirit is now sensitive to his will. Our flesh has been crucified and we desire the things of God. I can remember reading in the bible how God walked with Adam and Eve in the garden in the cool of the day. We are offered the same opportunity to be in his presence even today.
Man has been given revelation knowledge of his wife. God has shown him it is through the spirit his wife will respond intimately, submissively, and in agreement with him. We no longer come together in the flesh but we come together as one in the spirit. Our love is pure, our intimacy is heavenly, and the spirit of God is leading us into the perfect will of God. We have a legal entrance behind the veil into the holy of holiest. We are no longer in time; we have been placed in eternity. It is heavenly, it is divine, and it is delightful. His presence is so beautiful you will cry as the angels “Holy, Holy, Holy.”
