About the Book

This book is about one man’s love for a woman so special in his life.  And how in every way he tries to express his love in words to brighten her day in all ways.  This love is so special it brings joy in all ways to her.  And has caused tears a few times….tears of joy, that is.

About the Author

I have written many poems, had them in poetry contests and printed in magazines.  I also have them listed on the computer under Poetry.com.  I started writing many years ago when I was in the Army in Vietnam.  Writing about the war, fighting and dying.  After the military I never wrote for years.  Then one day I was working as a Police Officer.  I was on the side of the road writing my reports when I got the idea for the very first poem in my book, Just to Say I Love You.  And that is where I started and have not stopped writing since.
