About the Book

Cigarettes and the habit of smoking have a threefold hold on people, physically, spiritually and mentally, and they run deep within the person’s core being. The only true way to kick this habit is to acknowledge to yourself that you are a smoker. Forge weapons and develop skills to use them that will effectively wipe your smoking habit off the face of your life. You must take this personally, because cigarettes are going to take you out personally and it will not be out to dinner and a movie. Cigarettes and the habit of smoking have a mission. These two fraternal twins desire to see you dead, half-dead or wishing you were dead. There are many stop-smoking products on the market that will assist you; I don’t want to put down anyone else’s attempt to help you. I am convinced that if you choose to apply the pathways in this book, they will truly help you choose to ignite a burning desire to stop smoking for life. I offer you no pills, creamy lotions, patches, or magic potions. I was once a smoker and have walked that road. This booklet is my attempt to motivate you, because it starts with you and your choice.
