About the Book

The format of In Praise encourages readers to reflect on the positive aspects of living, celebrating life, and their relationship with their Creator. The author’s descriptive, free verse poetry calls forth a heightened awareness for enjoying the beauty of this earth. Her photography celebrates its majesty. The scripture selections are all from The Book of Psalms, a favorite of all Judeo-Christian faiths. In Praise gently reminds us to be thankful for our joys and blessings.

About the Author

Elaine L. Wilson is an accomplished public speaker, and an exhibiting artist and photographer. Her background includes roles in dramatic theater, musical productions, writing for publications, guest lecturing, and an active career as an educator and administrator. She currently works in admissions for a post-secondary school in Central Pennsylvania.

Her enthusiasm for life, for new adventures and challenges, and her positive, upbeat philosophy toward life will all speak to the reader as he/she enjoys and reflects on each page of In Praise.
