WELL LET ME GIVE YOU A THOUGHT, JUST A GLANCE
16 YEARS I WAS GIVING UP TO DIE
THROUGH ALL 3X’S I NEVER ASKED WHY
MY MOM TOLD ME, GOD WASN’T READY FOR ME,
THE DEVIL WOULDN’T HAVE ME,
SO I HERE TO STAY
SO THIS IS MY 2ND CHANCE.
I TRY MY BEST TO SPREAD HAPPINESS AND LOVE
JUST ASGOD HAS TAUGHT US FROM ABOVE.
I’M ALWAYS POSITIVE, NEVER NEGATIVE
BECAUSE NEGATIVITY DRAWS NOTHING GOOD
THAT’S WHY I AM ALWAYS IN A POSITIVE MOOD
WHEN YOU ARE GIVEN THAT SECOND CHANCE
TRY TO LIVE EACH DAY TO IT’S FULLEST
BECAUSE TOMORROW IS PROMISED TO NO ONE.

I AM IN MY ELEMENT
A WOMAN WELL IN DEVELOPMENT
MIND BODY AND SOUL
PURE, SURE TO PLEASE AND ALL SO BOLD
I’VE SEEN & DONE MORE THAN ONE COULD BELIEVE
I DID IT WITH ENERY, PRESTIGE
AND NO TRICKS UP MY SLEEVE
AIN’T NO STOPPING ME NOW!
TO BE HONEST, I’VE LIVED DECADES AND THEN SOME
WITH THE LOVE OF GOD & HATRED OF NONE
I MADE IT THUS FAR
AND NOT JUST HANGING IN BARS
I AM GOING TO REACH THE STARS
I DON’T MEAN BEING FAMOUS,
BUT JUST SPREADING MY LOVE & WORDS OF WISDOM

About the Book
This poetry book is really about my family, friends, my sorrows, and my pain. It explains how positively and belief in God has brought me though it all. I even go to my most intimate moments and explain how I came through to be the person I am today. There is not much more than I can say, just “Buy & read the book” and I do love feedback.
About the Author
First of all, the title she uses makes one want to pick up the book. After skimming through the table of contents her titles, really gets one’s curiosity going. She expresses all of her feelings and experience in such get detail. Some of the things she state makes one believe she is walking in your shoes. Some of her poetry makes you feel her pain, sorrow and her happiness. She has a strong belief in God and is very close to him. Family and love are her strongest attributes. I highly recommend for people from all walks of life to read her book.
