About the Author

Crystal White is an exceptional poet who has been writing for over 10 years.  She has been asked to write poems for numerous events around her community in 2003 such as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday celebration, Women’s Equality Day, and Black History Month just to name a few.  Crystal was also selected to be an alternate member on the Dayton Poetry Slam Team in 2002.  She has written a stage play that was performed during Black History Month.  Everything she writes brings inspiration to all that hear it.
