About the Book

Jack Harrington, a high school senior in 1950, isn’t quite sure what direction to travel upon graduation.  The Korean War, which began in June of 1950, dictates what his immediate future entails.

I CAN’T HEAR YOU! Covers some of his experiences from boot camp at Parris Island, SC with the Marine Corps, up to and through the Korean War.  Although the book is fiction, and is categorized as such, the characters and their experiences are taken from real life situations.
