About the Book
This
is the story of a handsome young man who, at the age of 21, was injured by a
massive piece of machinery at the garage where he worked while attending
college. The temporary loss of oxygen
left him in a deep and lasting coma. For
over two years he tried to work himself out of it, but the damage was too
extensive. He died on Thanksgiving Day,
twenty-five months to the day of his accident.
It
is also the story of a strong and close-knit family and how they faced a
tragedy beyond belief. Although it is a
serious story, it is not a gloomy one.
It tells of the strength of the family and how they coped and kept
together. It also tells of other things
that happened during those two years to add to the family’s heartache.
Two
miracles connected to his illness also took place, which helped to ease the
pain for the family.
It
is a story that should keep the readers engrossed from start to finish.

Now
that her manuscript is finished she is working on a family history as a legacy
