About the Author

Mark White spent 30 years in the office equipment industry in a variety of sales, sales management and senior management positions at Xerox, Ikon, Danka and Staples Ltd. of Bermuda. He has a reputation for rebuilding sales operations resulting in increased revenues, market share and profitability. His experience includes managing all operational and financial aspects of business to include making acquisitions. Before entering the industry Mark studied several years for the priesthood. Later he tried on several hats to include stints as a radio personality (Detroit), a professional actor (N.Y.N.Y) and an infantry captain in the US Army (Georgia and Korea). Mark is President of M White Enterprises, Inc., a sales management training company (www.welcometosalesmanagement.com). He and Betty, his wife of thirty-five years, live in the country near Columbus, Ga.
