How do you demonstrate your commitment each day to both your employees and your organization? To Do: Implement actions that will demonstrate your commitment to your company goals and to your employees. Nevers Success Factor 54 Working Definition: Behaviors that are not allowed in the work place. Success Factor: Successful managers NEVER: 1) compromise their integrity; 2) discipline an employee in public; 3) allow a safety or regulatory concern to go uncorrected; or 4) fail to serve customers. Application: While others may do things differently, practicing these “four never’s” will help you succeed as a manager. Verses to Consider: Proverbs 3:25-26 Being More Successful: Am I guilty of violating these four never’s? What amends need to be made, if any? Do we have known safety or other regulatory issues that need attention?
