About the Author
Mr. Boone developed the virtual model after
observing the needs of team leaders in a variety of organizations. He spent
more than fifteen years putting his model into practice and applied his model
at various levels in such companies as 3M, G.E., Strategic Equipment and
Supply, 7-Eleven Inc., Ace Hardware, and others.
He is the C.E.O. of SolveTeam Inc, and has managed
product development, sales, manufacturing, and design in several entities. His
contributions to innovation include software for management, firsts in
non-asbestos flooring, and textual algorithms for focusing success patterns.
He holds a BA in Mathematics and MS in Statistics.
