About the Book
This book is a 19-year culmination of growth and
maturity, introspection and reflection, observation and understanding and God’s
gift of expression and creativity.
Because a teenager and an adult created this
collection of authentic poems, you will definitely find something that will
appeal to you.
This book contains poems inspired by all that was
internalized and perceived by the author over time. It enables and encourages the reader to open his or her mind and
make room for another. Experience the
author’s poetic depth of understanding and/or feeling about love, family,
nature, adolescence, life and so on.
You are invited to get to know the author better
through her poems. This book is a
lesson for men about women, a guide to parents about their children and/or
teenage daughters, and part of the reality of womanhood. No doubt you will laugh, smile, smirk, raise
an eyebrow, relate to, analyze or just think while you are a part of this
poetic process.
You can read this book for entertainment or study it
in sociology, psychology or literature.
They are all relevant. Enjoy!
