MEXICO BY TOUCH
BY LARRY P. JOHNSON
Humorous, highly readable account of the author’s adventures as a blind American in Mexico. Marvelously charming metamorphosis from tourist to student to popular radio deejay.
A great many books have been published in which the protagonist has been a person who is blind. The unique difference in "Mexico by Touch" is that it takes place in the fascinating land of Mexico. The author''s blindness is not the central theme of the story, simply one of the components.
A book for those who enjoy inspiring stories of personal optimism and perseverance and for those who enjoy laughing at our human mistakes and misadventures.
