About the Book
His latest Novel, The Midshipman, departs from his
usual subject matter and provides a fictional story based on the early lives of
some of Britain’s young and spoiled children of England’s Aristocracy. The easiest solution for handling their
problem boys was to enroll them in the services of the Navy as a disciplinary
measure and a start of a naval career.
It deals with the lives of the young midshipmen employed in the Navy in
the early eighteen hundreds and their extraordinary and amazing exploits.
