About the Book

The twelve elderly patients in the nursing homw are lonely and depressed when the family of cats living on the grounds decide to cheer them up.  The cats are not allowed in the building so they have to be sneaky.

Soon the patients join with the cats to deceive the nurses are all mystified as to the cause for the changes in the patients, both mentally and physically.  The cats and patients lead them on a merry pursuit before the truth is revealed, with happy results.


About the Author

Retiring after seven years as an artist for the Marine Corps Supply Center, Beverley enrolled in college to study art.  After two years at Darton College and two years at Albany State University, she received a B.S. degree in Art in 1985 at the age of fifty-seven.  Soon after this she participated in the International Intercultural Studies Program of the University System of Georgia, on an eight-week trip to Salamanca, Spain.  This book resulted from experiences she had there

She has three children and eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  She resides in Albany, Georgia with her loving cat, Misty.
