When a Judge Can't Judge - Part Two (The Conclusion)

Injustice is what I got when a judge didn’t want to hear anything I had to say (January 3, 2000). Another judge dismissed my Petition to Modify Custody (to include changing it) on March 24, 2000.Another judge refused to let my son testify in court on March 29, 2000, along with dismissing my Petition/Contempt of Court I filed on the mother for not sending my son to me like he is suppose to be sent. With no justifiable reason which violated my son’s right to testify in court (as in a court case in The Annotated Code of Maryland), also Art. 1 under United States Constitution- Freedom of speech. She along with the attorney could not find The Show Cause Order that was signed by another judge on January 24, 2000. I showed this to both of them. There was never a written response in the time frame.

I have a vision that one day a judge will be able to exercise more common sense when trying to understand a child custody case and the delicacy that surrounds it based on facts, proof, evidence, pertinent information, and creditable witnesses AND NOT BE WORRIED ABOUT CHANGING A PREVIOUS JUDGE’S DECISION IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE CHILD/CHILDREN. One who will not worry about if their friend ship will be hurt, or not be playing golf, cards, etc. together again. I have that vision. I have a vision that one day a judge will be willing and able too admit to his/her mistake, wrong conclusion, or conviction of someone. We all make mistakes and none of us are perfect. I have that vision. I have a vision that one day, attorneys be criminally responsible for their actions and not get away with NOTHING. I have that vision. I have a vision that one day, attorneys face the same criminal prosecution (jail time and fines) like anyone else. I have that vision.
