About the Author

Larry Hauser began his career in selling at the age of thirteen. His first "commission" job was selling Christmas cards in Ocean City, New Jersey. It was in those first few weeks that he realized that he was born to sell. And it was also at this early age with this door to door sales job that he discovered for himself that certain techniques worked better than others in arriving at what every sales person searches for: signatures on the bottom line.

After college he knew that some type of sales job had to be his way of life. He experienced sales jobs with a large life insurance company, a major magazine publishing company, and one of the leaders in long term care insurance, before finding his true love in the real estate business.

Over the years he developed certain sales strategies which provided him with advantages over his competitors who were not trained as "Sales" people. These strategies are made available in this, his first publication, The Complete Guide to Success in Real Estate Sales.
