Wellness For~Every~One: How to create optimal health, happiness, and longevity for the 21st century, is a concept of synergy. The synergy of wellness can also be described as your whole life. As other books concentrate on specific areas of wellness, this book reveals the eight wellness areas that need to be addressed when learning about this subject. The author has presented a simple and balanced approach by creating a working model which allows the reader to see wellness, to remember what it is, and to understand how each wellness area supports the other parts.

From the beginning, the author places the responsibility of achieving a high level of wellness on the reader. However, his words do not make the reader feel as if wellness is a chore. He empowers the reader by repeatedly suggesting the main point is to expand your wellness wheel, to help it grow larger and larger, and not smaller and smaller. About the Author

By trade, James A. Dennis Jr. is an Occupational Therapist who has worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and he especially loves home health care. Jim did not necessarily want to become an Occupational Therapist forever. What he really wanted was a diverse medical education which would allow him to help people in many regards. He has taken all of his knowledge and experience, while listening closely to his intuition to create his own niche in the health field.

Jim has started his own business which is intended to bring optimal health, happiness, and longevity to the people of his community and to the world. Although he enjoys providing rehabilitation services to people recovering from various illnesses, his true bliss is showing people how to prevent these illnesses from occurring in the first place. Initially he started to jot down a few notes to help organize his ideas into a working model. Though it was not his initial intention to write a book, he removed all inhibitions and started to write down his thoughts into a book format, which he is extremely proud of.

He has created a simple and balanced, yet powerfully effective approach with the Wellness For~Every~One theme. This is definitely one man who walks the wellness talk and is following the message his soul is longing to share, as he loves to speak to audiences about wellness. The future goal he is focusing on is his dream of becoming a renowned public speaker.

Mr. Dennis participates in various activities including golf, bike riding, and walking his dog. He loves spending quality time with his family, like when they go camping. Jim belongs to Toastmasters and a local service organization called Sertoma. He is a fun guy who always finds the humor in life, and he loves to meet new people as he greets them all with a big smile.
