Death to Freedom

"Miss..." Suzie finally said in a low questioning voice, hoping to her instuctor's attention, wanting desperately to have her question answered. "What did they mean by..."talking is a privilege?"

Without so much as dignifying Susie's question with a warning glance, the instructor tapped a button on her desk, and continued with what she was saying to the rest of the class. "then right after breakfest, we'll be going to the gym for some weight training..."

Given the instructors actions, Susie felt a tighting in her stomach and a wave of nausea rise up into her throat. With a growing sense of anxiety and fear, that clutched at her with defining fierceness, she sensed something was dreadfully wrong and tears began to well up and spill to the floor from her eyes.  Her knees grew weak as she slipped back into her chair, and had to fight to keep herself from soiling herself where she sat.

Abrutly the door to the class room opened with a snap. Two women in blue jumpsuits entered the room and glanced at the instructor who, in turn, nodded in the direction of Susie's seat and the two moved toward her with purposeful strides. Terrified the young girl slipped from her chair onto the floor, falling onto her knees, but the two women flanked her, each taking an arm, and began to escort her from the room, dragging her as her feet refused to support her any longer.

Unable to retain her fear and anxiety any longer, Susie lets her legs go limp completly, giving up entirely on attempting to walk at all, and cried with heavy heaving as she begged repeatly to be told what it was that she has done wrong. Without comment or even a glance towards their ward, the two women continued to drag her down the corridors of the school with unceremonious disregard for her, a trail of yellow fluid followed the trio out the door that splattered to the floor from the poor girl's lower limbs.

"Recruit George Lopez!" Pivoting and snapping to attention, George faced and saluted Master Alfonso Motto. "Come with me recuit" the tall muscular man in the bright blue and gold uniform barked as he returned the Recuit's salute, then pivoted to lead the way out of the room. Entering an empty, larger vaulted conference room; Master Motto sat at the head of a long mahogany table, and stared hard at the youth standing rigidly at the other end of the table. After a long moment, the commander finally soften his glare and spoke in crisp deep tones as he said to the young man across from him; "Recuit, the other instructors and I have been very pleased with your performance since you're been here, and I am very pleased to inform you that I have selected you... to be one of my own personal students for the remainder of your training period. As of today you will no longer wear the same uniform, eat the same food or abide by the same rules as the other cadets. As of right now... you are one of Master Motto's Elite Guard..."
