About the Author

Dr. Pearnel Bell is a Clinical Psychologist and Human Resource Consultant with over twenty-fi ve years of combined professional experience. She is a seasoned human resource specialist with a demonstrated record of working successfully with organizations in executive coaching, employee recruitment, training and development, and organizational interventions. This dual expertise has enabled her to skillfully bridge workplace empowerment with psychological healing, supporting individuals and groups as they navigate life’s personal and professional challenges. Dr. Bell holds a PhD in Psychology, a master’s degree in human resource management, and a postgraduate certifi cate in Clinical Psychology. She has taught at several universities in Canada and the United States and has served as a professor at Yorkville University for the past six years. She is the author of nine books and is an international speaker, having presented at numerous conferences across Canada and the United States. Her contributions to psychology and human development have been recognized through multiple professional awards. The inspiration for this book emerged from Dr. Bell’s love for gardening and combining gardening with psychological knowledge, she weaves life lessons learned from her garden in a refl ective book that will resonate with those looking for inspiration to navigate life’s complexities.
