About the Book

There are biblical topics that have been unfortunately overlooked in many contemporary Christian churches. In an effort to combat a lack of straightforward biblical teaching currently coming from several pulpits in America, Greg Sutton invites believers to discover the significant effects of deep biblical study, ultimately deepening their faith and strengthening their walk with the Lord. While introducing several topics that he feels have been largely ignored in the church, Sutton encourages believers to independently study God’s word as he explores subjects such as how to approach and interpret the Bible, define sanctification (the process of becoming holy through the rejection of self and fleshly desires), explain the importance of the Sabbath law within scripture, distinguish fear of the Lord from respect and obedience, view the sanctity of marriage from a biblical perspective, and much more. Long Forgotten explores an array of biblical topics largely ignored in the American church with the hope of inspiring believers to live a life pleasing to God.

About the Author

Greg Sutton is a man of faith who wishes to leave his mark in Christian literature. Even stronger than his passion to write is his diligence to study the Bible along with many other theological books. Greg is a devout husband and father of two children who is very involved in his church, occasionally preaching, serving as an elder, or leading the marriage ministry with his wife.
