About the Book
My career journey with co-workers wasn't an ideal work life, it was rather a realistic one. We disagreed and argued a lot, but we never lost our friendship and mutual appreciation. This book, the culmination of over three decades in the engineering professional world, was inspired by unique experiences and challenges. It is not written to offer dry advice and guidance, but to inspire each reader with the practical experiences presented concisely throughout more than sixty chapters.
