About the Author

Indhu Athreya is a certified Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner and Transformational Coach with over 20 years of experience in self-healing, subconscious reprogramming, and emotional realignment. She studied at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), where she earned her Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner certification, and certified in multiple modalities including Advanced Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Reiki, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Theta Healing, Somatic Mind-body Healing and other alternative healing modalities. She is also an MBA graduate, an experienced IT professional, entrepreneur, philanthropist, mentor, and teacher. She combines her analytical mind with spiritual depth to guide others through deep inner work. As the founder of The Mind GPS, she works with clients worldwide to release unconscious blocks and realign with their highest path. Indhu is a member of The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA) and actively supports nonprofits focused on children’s wellness initiatives, and Women’s emotional healing and empowerment. She has studied and practiced over 20 alternative healing modalities and is deeply passionate about helping others experience lasting transformation. She has co-authored in 2 of 3 of The Wild Woman Book series (Prosperity and Alchemy). The Belief Code is a culmination of years of personal insight and client work into belief transformation and energetic alignment. Her motto is: “Your inner wealth creates the external affluence.” She brings a rare blend of logic and intuition, combining data-driven insight with soul-based wisdom to guide her clients in creating impactful change and transcendent growth. Her vision is to awaken the inner compass within each person and inspire conscious creation as a way of life. Indhu lives in Arizona with her son Raghav and daughter Smriti.
