Where are you now? I ask myself all the time, where are you now? where ever you are i hope its not too far to think you are not near fills me with fear if you are in heaven no longer will you shed a tear Are you now pain free, watching over us id like to think you send us positive energy when i sit here day dreaming think of you knowing everything is to be just like you I can imagine how loved you are up there even though down here life is not fair you honestly deserve peace now Mum so where ever you are be happy, but ill stay numb.

About the Book
Welcome to my book of emotions, these poems are written from my heart , struck by grief i started writing poems from my thoughts and emotions, a self healing diary if you like. One day sat in my garden lost in my own thoughts I had an idea that someone would possibly benefit from reading these poems. They are obviously written in my words for my grief journey but Im hopeful people can relate and discover they are not alone. Although grief is sad its also a fantastic way to see how loved you are or even how much love you have to give. The simplicity of my book speaks volumes and Im so incredibly proud that this is mine to share with you all.
About the Author
Becky Fenton is a first time author from Hampshire England, She is a happily married wife and a mum of three . The reason this book came to light was due to the great loss of her mum , Yvonne. Yvonne was cherished by all the family This book has become a self healing diary for Becky and her family encapsulating all the raw emotions they are experiencing through their grief journey. Beckys hopes are that someone somewhere who is or has experienced grief will take huge comfort in reading the poems.
