About the Author

Carol Clarke is a retired podiatrist who lives in Hertfordshire, England, with her husband of fi fty-fi ve years. She’s the proud mum of four children, three boys and one girl, and a delighted grandmother to ten grandchildren, whose ages range from fi ve to thirty. In her early fi fties, Carol followed a dream and became a mature student at the University of Brighton on the south coast of England, where she earned a science degree. She went on to qualify as a podiatrist and opened her own clinic in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. Carol told these stories to her youngest granddaughter, Eloise. They tell of the childhood adventures Carol shared with her sisters, Angie and Evie, when they were small, before their three younger brothers came along! Each tale is a fond memory of laughter, love, and sisterly mischief.
