About the Book

This short book describes in a vivid way the constant battle going on in human history between the good and evil spirits. These spirits or angels have intellects and wills of their own, and direct themselves freely towards good or evil. Besides struggling with each other, they particularly fight for the souls of human beings, either to condemn them or to save them. These battles can be seen both in Sacred Scripture and in key events throughout human history; they will culminate in the final victory of the Lamb or Last Judgement, where the kingdom of Christ and his angels will triumph forever.

About the Author

Father Michael Edward Giesler is a Catholic priest residing in Saint Louis, Missouri. He has written several books and articles on Sacred Scripture and its fulfillment, along with a trilogy of novels on the early Christians and their heroic transformation of pagan society. He has also given many spiritual conferences to diverse audiences, and offers spiritual guidance to both priests and lay people.
