Written on a variety of topics originally in The Daily Herald, Stephen Rowland explores theological issues in his usual concise and pithy manner as an editorialist. A few notable topics include biblical genocide, situational ethics, socialism, resisting tyrants, Christian counseling, positive confession, counterfeit Christianity, pull-theplug life decisions, and the origin of evil. A lengthier, indepth analysis of “prosperity theology” and the doctrine of biblical tithing are included in the appendices.
About the Author
Stephen Rowland earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in biblical literature from Global University in 2012. He was the commencement speaker at Global in 2012. He is an editorialist for e Daily Herald of Columbia, Tennessee. Rowland works for General Motors in Spring Hill, TN, and lives with his wife Susan in Columbia, TN.
