About the Author

Dr. Chester (Chuck) Fuller is a retired social scientist, researcher, educator, and author, having K-12 and university experience. Dr. Fuller’s professional career began with the “Great Society War on Poverty Program in Detroit during the mid-nineteen sixties, following three years of service with the United States Marine Corps. Dr. Fuller earned degrees in Psychology (B.A.), Michigan Lutheran College, Clinical Psychology (M.A.), Oakland University and his PhD. in Psychology from Georgia State University. His former positions include working as Director of Professional Development, Atlanta Public Schools, Research Associate/Instructor/Adjunct Professor with several major universities, including University of Michigan, Ohio State University Adjunct Professor-Site Director, Central Michigan University, Atlanta Campus. Dr. Fuller also served as the President of The Association of Black Psychologist, Atlanta Chapter.
