Very few women I interviewed directly answered "Yes" when I asked if they considered themselves successful. Most were hesitant to claim that victory, didn't view success as measurable, or where too humble to admit it. I do think that's common with the women in my circles who I consider successful - they are hesitant to own it. Perhaps that's another difference between men and women. Even if you don't express your happiness with your current professional status to others, be sure it's not holding you back from trying new things, going after what you want, or speaking up for yourself.
