He formerly taught Power and Politics in Modern Africa, Black Identity, Religion, and Politics at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, Introduction to Psychology, and African American Studies at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), Religion and Philosophy at Sacred Heart University at Fairfield, CT, Psychology and History at William V.S. Tubman University in Harper, Maryland, Liberia, and Political Science and Africana Seminars within the Department of African and Asian Studies at Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
