The author believes that if others were to follow these principles that the results would be a more fulfilling and happy life. The book shares means of how to deal with times of despondency and depression and how to focus on the things that will bring peace and joy. The book shares a bit of the author’s personal journey prior to applying these biblical principles to his life and how applying these principles has made a difference in his life.
